Jollibee Rewards FAQ

  • I’m having trouble signing into my account.

    You may need to update your password. As of 9/16/24, we will only maintain accounts for Jollibee Rewards members. All existing registered users will be asked if they would like to convert their account to a Jollibee Reward account. You can reset your password at www.jollibeefoods.com/forgot-password 

    If you do not wish to become a rewards member, you still have the option to check out as a guest. Please reach out to us at www.jollibeefoods.com/contact-us. We’re here to help!  

  • How do I update my email address or unsubscribe to emails?

    You can update your email address through the link below. If you are not directed to the edit account page, you can access it in the menu list by clicking “Edit Account.” Here is a link to jollibee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/profile 

  • I currently receive emails from Jollibee, does that mean I’m automatically a part of Jollibee Rewards?

    It does not and we would love to have you! You are receiving emails because you opted in prior to the launch of Jollibee Rewards. To join Rewards, you must either create an account or convert your existing account to join Rewards. Here is the link to join: https://www.jollibeefoods.com/create-account 

  • How do I convert my existing Jollibee account to a Rewards account?

    You can use the link in the email to reset your password. Or you can reset your password directly on our webpage www.jollibeefoods.com/sign-in. If you do not wish to convert your account, do not reset your password. You can continue to place orders as a guest.

  • How does the rewards program work?

    Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll earn 10 points per $1 spent at Jollibee. Points earned will automatically accrue when you are signed into our app or Jollibee.com. If you’re in a restaurant, you will need to give the cashier your phone number before checkout.  

    You can redeem your points for free menu items through the Shop Rewards feature on our website.  

  • Do I earn a reward for signing up?

    We will offer a reward just for signing up during certain periods of time. Once you’ve signed up, you should receive the reward in your account within 15 minutes.  

  • How do I become a Jollibee Rewards member?

    It’s easy! You can enroll by creating an account on the website at www.jollibeefoods.com/sign-in or via the Rewards section on the app. There is also an option to create a password during your order checkout. At this time, we are not able to enroll guests at the register. 

  • How do I earn points?

    You earn points based on how much you spend during your visit to participating Jollibee locations. To receive credit for your purchase in restaurants, you must provide the phone number associated with your account or scan the QR code found on the bottom of your emails. When ordering on the website, you will need to sign-in to your account to earn points.  

    Points will be posted to your account within 24 hours.  

  • Can I earn points on delivery orders?

    Yes! You can earn points on delivery orders placed through the Jollibee app or website. However, you cannot earn points on orders placed with a delivery service (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, etc.) or catering orders.  

  • Can I earn points on non-food purchases?

    Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases but can be earned when the gift card is for a purchase. You cannot earn points on Jollibee merchandise at this time.  

  • How do I exchange points for rewards?

    Visit Shop Rewards www.jollibeefoods.com/my-account/rewards to exchange your points for a reward. Once the exchange has been completed, you can apply those rewards at the register or during the online checkout process. We cannot exchange points at the register or drive through at this time.  

    Note: Rewards for a free item do not cover modifications. They also don’t include limited time menu items. 

  • I can’t find a reward that I received an email about.

    Check the reward expiration and ensure that you are signing-in with the email address that received the email notification. That email address can be found at the bottom of the email.  

    If you are trying to exchange your points, you will need to do that in our Rewards Shop www.jollibeefoods.com/my-account/rewards before you proceed with your online order.  

     

  • How do I use rewards towards my order?

    In-restaurant: Tell your cashier that you would like to use a reward. You can provide the cashier with your phone number or scan the QR code found in the Rewards section of the app or on the bottom of your emails. Please note, at this time we cannot exchange points at the register, you can exchange points at www.jollibeefoods.com/my-account/rewards. 

    Ordering on Jollibee.com: Sign in at any point during the ordering experience using the Sign In button in the upper right corner. You can check your rewards wallet by first clicking on your name in the upper right corner, and then clicking Rewards in the menu. The rewards in your account will appear in the Rewards Balance section. These rewards will also appear during checkout if you are signed in. To use the rewards, have the required items in your cart, then “apply” the reward to see the discount.  

    In the Jollibee App: Sign in, click the “My Rewards” section on the dashboard to view available rewards. To redeem, press the “Order Now” section on the dashboard, add items to card and proceed to checkout. Qualifying rewards will appear in checkout, click apply to see the discount.  

  • Why doesn’t my reward work during checkout?

    Typical reasons we hear are you haven’t selected the correct product for the reward or met the minimum purchase. If you add the item or meet the qualifying guidelines after you have applied the reward, you must remove the reward and re-apply with the qualifying guidelines met.  

  • Where can I see a list of my rewards and points balance?

    You can view everything by signing-in to your account www.jollibeefoods.com/my-account/rewards. 

  • Do points expire?

    Points stay active as long as you do. Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. If you have at least 1 visit every 12 months, your points stay in your account. You can also exchange your points for a reward before the expiration date.  

  • How will I know when I have a reward?

    If you have given us permission, we will send you an email every time you earn a reward. If you haven’t received any emails, please opt-in to emails jollibee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/profile

  • I forgot to use rewards on my last purchase, what do I do?

    If you forget to check in during your visit, you can add points retroactively. Make sure to retain the small slip of paper printed after your receipt. This will have a code printed on it that you can enter in the Claim My Points section found at the bottom of this page www.jollibeefoods.com/my-account/rewards. Limit 1 code per day, expires in 7 days.
