US Jollibee Big Order Packages Terms:

Jollibee Big Order Packages available for ordering only from 11/20/2024 to 12/31/2024 at all US Jollibee retail locations during regular business hours. It must be pre-ordered at least three (3) days in advance of pickup time. Full pre-payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Pick-up time for orders will be scheduled at the time of placing the order. Orders must be both placed and picked up in-store. Store hours may vary.  A refund will only be issued if cancellation of an order is received in person at the store where the order was placed, and at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.  No refunds permitted for orders cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled pick up time. Refunds will be processed via the payment method in which the order was placed. Refunds on orders placed via credit card require the customer to present the same card upon cancellation and may take up to several business days to reflect in the customer’s account. Deliveries and online ordering not available. No limit on number of orders that may be purchased per customer or per transaction.  Each participating location in it its sole discretion may accept or reject Big Order Packages, or may impose an order value limit, based on store capacity at the time of the order. Jolly Crispy Fries not included with available sides orders.
