The terms and conditions below apply to your access to, and participation in, specific and limited time Jollibee Rewards promotions offered by Jollibee® as part of its Rewards program in the United States (US) and Canada. A Jollibee Rewards promotional offer is available to you only if it is displayed in your Jollibee Rewards account. If a Jollibee Rewards promotional offer is available in your Jollibee Rewards account, then by participating in such offer, you agree that it will be subject to the terms and conditions below under the applicable heading. Each Jollibee Rewards promotional offer will be subject to any time limitations or expiration dates displayed with such offer in your Jollibee Rewards account. Offer is for one (1) complimentary Pie any available flavor. Offer is only valid on or within 30 days of receiving the Free Birthday Pie notification email. Must have a valid Jollibee Rewards account (subject to terms and conditions) and be signed into the Rewards account to redeem offer. T&Cs for Free Items from Jollibee Rewards Points
Offer valid 30 days from issue at US and Canada Jollibee retail locations participating in Jollibee Rewards program. Must have a valid Jollibee Rewards account (subject to terms and conditions) and be signed into the Rewards account to redeem offer. Offer to exchange Jollibee Rewards points for qualifying Jollibee menu items (not including tax) once requisite number of points in Rewards account has been earned for the specific item. Offer not valid for use on combination items. Required points values to exchange for qualifying items are provided next to each item on the Jollibee website at?www.jollibeefoods.com/rewards. Once Jollibee Rewards points are exchanged for item, customer must redeem item within thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days has passed from the date points are exchanged, exchanged item is no longer redeemable. No refunds of original Jollibee Rewards points are available after points are exchanged for qualifying item. Maximum of one (1) offer per Rewards accountholder and one (1) offer per transaction. Rewards offer may be redeemed online or in-store. To redeem online, you must apply rewards offer at checkout to the current transaction.
