(3) Submit your order details and info on our Redeem Emote page.

(4) You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with a rejection or approval based on your order info. If the order is valid, the email will include your unique item code and additional instructions to redeem the emote in game.

If you received a failed verification or rejection email, we encourage you to try again and ensure that accurate info is submitted (data input must have no extra spaces). Additionally, your order could not be validated, likely due to one of the reasons listed below.

Reasons why your submission couldn't be validated:

• There is a typo or an extra space in the data submitted
• Incorrect Order Number submitted
• Incorrect Total amount submitted
• Incorrect Restaurant selected for the order type Counter/Drive-Thru
• Incorrect Date selected for the order type Counter/Drive-Thru
• For orders placed via Complex.com: Incorrect First and Last Name submitted. The name in the shipping address info must be submitted as it appears in your order confirmation email.

Tips to ensure that your order is verified:

• Double-check that everything is correct without any typos and extra spaces in the fields before submitting the form.
• Unsure of how to find the required info from your receipt? Click How to find it? next to the Order Number field in the submission form on the Redeem Emote Page.
• For Complex.com orders, ensure that the First Name and Last Name fields reflect the first and last names as they appear in the shipping address info of your order confirmation email.

Yes! The collaboration meals are available via third-party delivery platforms, in-store, website, and app and qualify for the emote code. Save your receipt and order info!

Redeeming Your Item Code

1. Go to the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.
2. Log in using your Square Enix ID and password.
3. If you possess multiple service accounts, choose the account containing the character you wish to receive the item. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
4. Select Enter Item Code.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your code.
6. Select the character to whom the item should be delivered.

Reminder

• This item will be distributed to a single character of your choice on a selected service account.
• This item code cannot be registered to a free trial account.
• Please do not lose this item code, as a replacement code will not be issued.
• This item code does not expire. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Square Enix reserves the right to establish an expiration date for this item code by providing advance notice via appropriate channels.
• The transfer or sale of this item code by any means is strictly prohibited.
