How to Redeem:
Purchase a qualifying item (FFXIV Box Meal, FFXIV 6pc Bucket Bundle, or a Jollibee x FINAL FANTASY XIV limited-time merch item). Maximum 1 item code per transaction. Purchasing two or more items in a single transaction will only grant 1 item code.
Save your receipt and order info! You will need your order number and total transaction dollar amount for the redemption submission form.
Submit your order details and info from your receipt on our Redeem Emote page (live 4/21).
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with a rejection or approval based on your order info. If the order is valid, the email will include 1 unique item code and additional instructions to redeem the emote in-game.

When and where is this collaboration available?
April 21 - May 31, while supplies last, in the US and Canada only. The Blue Raspberry Aether drink is only available in the US (excluding HI). In stores that do not offer the Blue Raspberry Aether drink, the FINAL FANTASY XIV Box Meal and 6pc Bucket Bundle will be served with Pineapple Quencher instead. Price and participation may vary.
How long do I have to submit my order info to get my emote code?
Item codes can be redeemed via our Redeem Emote Page (live 4/21) until 11:59pm (PT) on 11/30/2026.
Can I order the FFXIV collaboration meals through a delivery app and still receive the emote code?
Yes! The collaboration meals are available via third-party delivery platforms, in-store, website, and app and qualify for the emote code. Save your receipt and order info!
I received my code, how do I unlock the emote?
Redeeming Your Item Code
- Go to the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.
- Log in using your Square Enix ID and password.
- If you possess multiple service accounts, choose the account containing the character you wish to receive the item. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
- Select Enter Item Code.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to register your code.
- Select the character to whom the item should be delivered.
Reminder
- This item will be distributed to a single character of your choice on a selected service account.
- This item code cannot be registered to a free trial account.
- Please do not lose this item code, as a replacement code will not be issued.
- This item code does not expire. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Square Enix reserves the right to establish an expiration date for this item code by providing advance notice via appropriate channels.
