Yes, cancellations must be done in person at the store where the order was placed, and at least 48 hours or 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup time. No refunds are permitted for orders canceled within 48 hours of the pickup time.

There is no limit to the number of orders you can purchase per customer or transaction. However, each Jollibee location may, at its discretion, accept or reject orders, or impose an order value limit depending on store capacity at the time.

Sides are limited to Mash Potato and Rice. Jolly Crispy Fries are not included with the available sides for Big Order Packages.

Yes, make sure to include the additional order when filling out the Big Order Form.
